Red Route 1. SEARCH - is accessible to all buying purchasing and contracting personnel from Public and Private Sector organisations to search for Purchasing & Card Capable Suppliers currently listed on the database. They simply login their valid email address and follow the easy to navigate search instructions.

Yellow Route 2. EDIT - Existing Purchasing Card Capable Suppliers listed on the database are able to amend and update their basic company details onto www.search-online-now.co.uk on a self-administered, password protected basis.  This route also enables the supplier to add a more detailed company profile of their goods and services offered to prospective buyers.

Green Route 3. Informing Purchasing & Card Capable Suppliers Base

We are informing existing and new Purchasing & Card Capable Suppliers of the restyled and enhanced functionality of the new web based supplier directory and search solution www.search-online-now.co.uk that is now assessable to all buying, purchasing and contracting personnel from both Public and Private Sector organisations wishing to source Purchasing & Card Capable Suppliers.

Establishing with the suppliers currently listed on the supplier directory and search solution database their company details and essential information to attract, maintain and gain new important customers contacts could need to be reviewed and amended from the last update. 

To inform the supplier base a two phase mailing and email campaign will be undertaken to existing Purchasing & Card Capable Suppliers advising them to update and add further information to their existing company details already listed.   The mailings will be personalised and will carry individually printed eight-digit passwords that will enable the supplier to access and amend its own company details.
